We were one of the winners of the 3rd Edition of the IoT Challenge, a technological event of PT Empresas, Altice Group, that challenged startups and companies working in the area of machine to machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) to develop a solution quickly, scalable and secure in the areas of Smart Cities, Mobility and Industry 4.0, with potential to be part of Altice’s IoT Products and Services portfolio.
Our project, “Driving Cities for the Next Gen Connectivity for Smart Sensors,” aims to equip the various sensor networks, and in particular the volume / weight measurement probes, with connectivity mechanisms based on Narrowband-IoT (NB-IoT), a Low Power Wide Area Network radio technology standard to enable wide range of cellular devices and services.
